Young professionals and public media staff new to their careers are invited to join a panel discussion among leaders in our industry to explore recent Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) efforts at public media organizations. Our panel will include: Rima Dael, General Manager of WSHU Tina Pamintuan, General Manager of St. Louis Public Radio Tom Godell, General Manager of WUKY Steve Bass, President & CEO of Oregon Public Broadcasting Join us for a conversation about concrete efforts within stations to advance equity in public media, as well as how young professionals throughout our industry can contribute to the work. Stay after the conversation to break into small groups to discuss DEI scenarios and share what’s working at your organization.
